Who is responsible

What we collect

• Public business information about local businesses (name, address, phone number, website content, public reviews), used to prepare a website preview for that business.
• Contact details you give us, such as a mobile number or email address you ask us to send a preview link to.
• Call records. Our calls are recorded and transcribed so our team can review them and so we have a record of what was agreed, including any request to receive a text message.

How we use it

To prepare and send the website preview you asked for, to follow up about it, to answer your questions and to keep records of consent and opt-outs. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only use your mobile number to send the messages you asked for. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.

Service providers

We use providers to operate our service, for example for telephony and text messaging (Twilio), email delivery and hosting. They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Website previews are deleted within a few days if you are not interested. Call records and consent records are kept as long as needed to document consent and to meet legal obligations. Opt-out requests are kept so we never contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by writing to mminvestaps@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
